All ticket purchasers are immediately emailed an order confirmation when their order is placed. If you haven’t received an email (and checked your spam folder), please contact us to update your contact info.
This event operates on a guest list, therefore ticket purchasers simply need a photo ID to check-in.
You do not need physical tickets for the event. Please use the elevators or stairs and make your way to the Mezzanine level upon arrival.
We recommend arriving 30-40 minutes before showtime.
Check-in begins 30 minutes prior to showtime. You may check-in to reserve your seats and then enjoy the bar or lounge prior to showtime. Doors open 10 minuutes prior to each performance.
Parking is available with hotel valet or in the Third Street garage. You may use the connecting bridge on the second level of the garage to access the hotel.
If you purchased tickets as a gift or need to transfer to another party, you may use the order update form to change the guest name and email.
Due to the limited seating and showtimes, all sales are final.
You can message us below with your request and if there is an opening, we will do our best to switch your seats.
