All ticket purchasers are immediately emailed an order confirmation when their order is placed. If you haven’t received an email (and checked your spam folder), please contact us to update your contact info.
Please show your QR code (sent via email in confirmation and arrival email) to our team upon arrival. You may also check-in with the purchaser name.
Please use the elevators or stairs and make your way to the Mezzanine level upon arrival. Have your QR code or ID ready to check-in.
We recommend arriving 30-40 minutes before showtime.
Check-in begins 30 minutes prior to showtime. You may check-in to reserve your seats and then enjoy the bar or lounge prior to showtime. Doors open 10 minuutes prior to each performance.
Parking is available with hotel valet or in the Third Street garage. You may use the connecting bridge on the second level of the garage to access the hotel.
If you purchased tickets as a gift or need to transfer to another party, you may use the order update form to transfer to family or friends.
Due to the limited seating and showtimes, all sales are final.
